Service Description
Session by session, you will start feeling the difference of strength and mobility of your body. To quote Joseph Pilates “In 10 sessions you will feel better, in 20 you will look better, in 30 you will have a whole new body.” You will need 2-3 classes per week, but you can still see results with one if you are very consistent. ELDOA sessions are also cumulative as well, one class a week is enough IF you do your specific posture(s) (each posture is only held for one minute) most days, either after exercise or before bed. Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressives) benefits are usually felt after 2-3 months when performed 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes. Breath mechanics and emotional benefits are noticeable even earlier
Cancellation Policy
Missed or cancelled movement sessions will be deducted from your package and the session will be emailed to you to complete within thats same week.
