Service Description

A perfect recovery class. We will first warm you up and get circulation going. Next, reinforce it with a mini strengthening or proprioceptive exercise. Last we will open up the areas with a few stretches. Bare in mind, MFS is not like conventional stretching, so be warned: you must maintain a specific posture and position HEAD TO TOE to target the specific muscle’s fascia for best results, and to stay true to the method. Very effective and safe. Please arrive well hydrated.


Cancellation Policy

Missed or cancelled movement sessions will be deducted from your package and the session will be emailed to you to complete within thats same week.
